In cases where the rkisp1 pipeline handler handles multiple cameras, the
dewarp paremeters are handled incorrectly. This series fixes that.
Patch 1 and 3 are small drive-by fixes, patch 2 fixes the actual bug.

In v2 I fixed a few smaller issues reported in the review. See the
individual changelogs on the patches.

As there are enough r-by tags to merge, I'll do that later today if no
objections pop up.
