Add a lens shading correction algorithm for the IPU3 IPA, using the
recently implemented libipa base algorithm class.

Do I understand it correctly, that this will effectively resample the table? And that
if lsc table resampling is implemented (in libcamera), this could just use (0,0)?

Ah, yes, you're right.

Hmmm we do have LscAlgorithmBase::polynomial_, so I can add LscAlgorithm::polynomial() like so:

And use lscAlgo_->polynomial() instead.
