The bulk of this patch is fixing the RAW+YUV capture use case as explained
in the commit message of the first patch.

The other two patches on top are small improvements and clarifications.

None of the existing issue we have on IPU3 (stalls when capturing with a
'wrong' CIO2 size and pipeline configuration parameter calculations mismatches)
are solved by this series.

CTS and cros_camera_test show no regressions
