A small patchset to simply add support for rockchip-cif so the Radxa Camera 4K
(IMX415) can work using softisp. As well as a bit of error checking & moving
unnecessary code out of the main loop of debayer_egl.

This version fixes up some of the formatting issues present in the original
patchset, removing the addition to the gitignore due to being unnecessary, and
doing further testing on the performance impact of moving certain uniform
assignments out of the main loop and finding it to be negligible (within random
run variation error).
