A small list of patches originally developed for testing the webrtc patch at
https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/491680

I found them so useful that I cleaned them up and would like to see them
upstream.

 - Fixed R<->B swap in ImageFrameGenerator (NV12ToARGB -> NV12ToABGR)

 - Dropped stride-related patches. The last patch requires further work
   to figure out how to best deal with
   https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/camera/libcamera/-/work_items/360
   and the other one doesn't make much sense on its own. Thus defer those
   patches to their own series.
