This is a small set of cleanup I found while working to move the Simple IPA to use libipa for Awb, to support investigating an interesting visual 'neon' effect when using CCM + Awb in the simple IPA. This is presenting as green being reduced drastically compared to the Blue and Red channels causing white areas to become purple. I hope someone can check and confirm that my fix to the matrix ordering is 'correct', it certainly brings the channels back to being balanced. Theres still a bit more work to improve the colour handling in simple IPA though.
