Hello,

This small patch series extends the coverage of the libcamera CI in two
ways. Patch 1/2 enables compilation of the Android camera HAL by
default, extending the compile test coverage that currently covers
Chrome OS builds only. Patch 2/2 then adds a gcc 14 build target, to
catch an issue recently reported the libcamera mailing list.

The second patch causes a CI failure, fixed by "[PATCH v2] android:
camera_capabilities: Fix GCC 14 warning". I plan to merge the fix before
merging the CI changes.
