Hello,

This small patch series is a set of miscellaneous fixes and cleanups,
addressing various small issues. Please see individual patches for
details. The only thing worth mentioning here is that patch 3/4 has a
side effect of fixing the only occurrence in libcamera of the warning
enabled by 4/4.
