Convert the core AGC and Lux controller code to use
utils::Duration for all exposure time related variables and
calculations.

Convert the exposure/shutter time fields in AgcStatus and DeviceStatus
to use utils::Duration.

This last logging line has been bugging me. The compiler did not seem to
want to do an implicit conversion from
std::chrono::duration into Duration, so I had to do it manually. Other
similar logging lines in other source files
did work fine.

Turns out, I need to add a "using utils::operator<<" statement on the top
of this file to get the compile to recognise
the implicit conversion is possible (thanks David). I am not entirely sure
why this is the case, as the
operator<<(Duration &) on the other log messages do still work without the
using directive.

I will fix this up and post an updated patch shortly.

Thanks,
Naush
