We were carrying a private copy of the corresponding headers, updating to the mainline version ensures that we test the latest API. This update also imports two new headers, drm.h and drm_mode.h. They do not contain SPDX license headers in the upstream kernel yet, which would cause a CI failure. Modify them manually until a patch fixing the issue ([1]) gets merged upstream.
